About Alicia Hurst

Hi, I’m Alicia Hurst, a REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty, serving Ephrata and the surrounding Lancaster County area.

For me, real estate has always been about more than houses. It’s about people, relationships, and helping someone navigate a really important season of life. Buying or selling a home can feel exciting, overwhelming—and sometimes both at once—so I want my clients to know they have someone in their corner who will communicate clearly, answer their questions, and advocate for them from beginning to end.

As a local resident, I genuinely love the community I get to call home. There’s something special about helping people put down roots here, whether they’re buying their very first home, searching for a home that better fits their family, or getting ready to say goodbye to a place that has meant a lot to them.

I want working with me to feel personal. You’re never just another transaction on my calendar. My goal is to be approachable, dependable, and someone you feel comfortable reaching out to—even if you’re only beginning to think about making a move and aren’t quite sure what comes next.

Outside of real estate, I’m a wife and mom of three, and my family is a huge part of my life. You’ll often find us at church, spending time together, trying a local restaurant, or heading out on a little adventure. I also love reading, playing piano and singing, thrifting, and finding a really good yard sale.
